Dr. Robert Bullard Centre of Disaster Management established by European Institute of Policy research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) as a premier " Centre of Excellence of Europe " for tackling global issues through independent research and open dialogue to inform actionable ideas for the policy community.

Dr. Robert Bullard Centre of Disaster Management brings fresh thinking and deep expertise to the most pressing policy challenges we face today. We convene scholars to create a global dialogue of ideas that Governments, the administration, and the international policy community can act on. Due to Covid-19 pandemic global crisis, to not to interrupt the mission of the centre, EIPRHR has converted most of its activities into online format.

Dr. Robert Bullard Centre of Disaster Management offers research programs related to past and current disasters to analyze its short and long term impacts  on public health, economy etc. and conducts its researches to find solutions to eradicate or minimize.
