  • you have not received an official email from the program director to participate in the research Program.
  • you are an EU citizen

  • you are Non European citizen living outside the Europe/European Union,

Instructions: Publication fee for Research paper is an optional feature and is not an obligation to pay. You can opt this feature, if you are willing that your research paper get published in our online journal which is circulated worldwide to Universities, corporate, organizations, etc. with your brief profile. This feature is useful for those looking admission in higher studies or for job purpose.   • Please note: The publication fee can be paid at the time of admission or within 15 days after enrollment. The fee can not be paid after you have written your research paper.

Instructions: This option is for candiates who have decided to get enrolled in RFP and willing to publish the research paper. Such candidate can pay both the fees together at the time of registration.

Instructions: This special program is uniquely designed Non EU candidates willing to learn policy research methodology in less duration as well as in a very economical fee structure.
