European Centre of Cultural Diplomacy, established by European Institute of Policy research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) as a premier " Centre of Excellence of Europe " for tackling global issues through independent research and open dialogue to inform actionable ideas for the policy community.

European Centre of Cultural Diplomacy brings fresh thinking and deep expertise to the most pressing policy challenges we face today. We convene scholars to create a global dialogue of ideas that Governments, the administration, and the international policy community can act on. Due to Covid-19 pandemic global crisis, to not to interrupt the mission of the centre, EIPRHR has converted most of its activities into online format.
